You see the thing is, this is one of those outfits that maybe looks better in real life. A mess of textures (Furry! Lacy!) and a fit that’s in danger of translating to paunchy when photographed.
And it’s the same skirt I wore in my last post.
But the truth is I’ve been the sickest of the sick and the night these pics were taken was the first time I’d really “gotten dressed” in what felt like months but was probably about three weeks.
And they’re night pics, so the light is maybe weird. And they’re in front of a half-empty bookcase because we’re packing and… you know… life.
Anyway. I rather dug the ensemble and I guess in real life that’s all that matters.
Love this look, classy siren meets 40’s meets bubblegum shoes rolled up in giddy splashes of fire engine red throughout the ensemble.
