Last of the Layers?

September 10th, 2012 by Selise

So it’s definitely spring.

Not in these pictures though. That’s because they were taken last month. Back when you could layer and layer and layer until you felt like the lady Michelin Man. Or I guess, the Michelin Lady. That makes more sense.

This dress is one of my favourites to layer with. The only problem is it gets shorter with every wash. Try as I might to reshape it, it’s gone from dress to tunic and now, after this last wash, it’s pretty much a singlet.

Still, I’ve packed it away for another year.

Some things are hard to let go of.

Shirt: Myer
Cardigan: Myer
Rings: Lovisa
Dress: Cotton On
Tights: Myer?
Boots: Journey’s

    Beautiful, love the look.

Need to secure one of those T-shirts for myself, where did you get that little number?

Also, it is still like winter in my office, living in my house is like living in Melbourne, I get almost 4 seasons in one day depending on which room I want to go in πŸ˜‰

Why do clothes have to shrink? It doesn’t seem right, there should be a clothes reverser for just such a situation.

    It’d make a mint πŸ™‚

Love the minty green tone in the second photograph. All your photos are always awesome.

So glad you’re still blogging, even though it does feel like the blooging times are a changin’

Glad to know you’re still here πŸ™‚
