Not So Secret Garden

May 21st, 2012 by Selise

Part of the awesomeness of Hayman Island was wandering around, exploring the grounds.

In the few hours between breakfast finishing up and the bars opening (yep, it was a hard week of living) The Man and I took to meandering around the grounds.

Everything was accessible. Just when you thought you’d stumbled into somewhere you shouldn’t be, one of the staff would walk by, smile and say hello. Pretty sure if I wasn’t supposed to see the back of the laundry room they’d have said something.

These pictures were taken outside a restaurant that was closed during our stay. It was set amongst this gorgeous garden with all kinds of weaving paths, rock pools, and a ceremonial tea house. Paradise within paradise.
