Chexican

August 12th, 2010 by Selise

That’s what The Man called me when he saw this outfit this morning. He’s a clever one isn’t he? Also, just to clarify, that wasn’t him with me in the photos from last Friday. That was our good friend Pines Grand Fortescue. The Man was behind the lens capturing the hilarity.

For a shirt that I nearly didn’t buy, this guy sure has seen a lot of action. This is the 5th time I’ve worn it on the blog and although it’s quite a unique piece there seem to be a never ending amount of ways to style it. Let’s take a look back shall we?

Which one do you guys like best?

There’s been quite a cold snap coming through these last few days and it’s supposed to stick around over the weekend too. Although I’ve started contemplating my Spring wardrobe it’s a little too early for it to make it’s debut. I’m going to try and make the most of the last 20 days of Winter because lord knows I’m going to miss it the second it’s gone.

I really liked it with the red skirt. I totally agree, with pieces that are individual like that you can style them in completely different ways. I love making clothes look new through the way you wear them!

I love tis outfit. Such awesome pieces in one outfit, I especially love those tights.

Ps. I like your last post. I was just thinking the other day that it would be sooo cool to make your own pasta.

1st and 2nd best. So cool. 1st because the pic is awesome. 2nd, just love. Impressed with how you have styled that shirt. Me, I'd have no clue how to! But you , brilliant.

I love the 2nd one in your remix. The red, the white, the black, the diff patterns, THE SHOES. It's magical. But you rock that shirt EVERY time you wear it. Who knew something so 'unique' looking could be re-worked so many ways? Who needs basics!?
